NASA has once again landed on the lunar surface with the goal of colonization, research, and further exploration. Your goal in Moonbase Alpha is to restore oxygen to the colony established on the moon by repairing mechanisms along the oxygen supply after a devastating meteor impact.

Go to: http://store.steampowered.com/ and download STEAM client

Click "Install Steam" (from the upper right corner)

Install and start application, login with your Account name and Password (create one if you don't have).

Launch Steam and log into your Steam account.
